Pet Health & Behavior
Owners certify that their pet is non-aggressive and well-socialized with other animals and humans.
Pets must have up-to-date vaccinations and be free of ticks and fleas.
Control & Supervision
Pets must be under the owner's care at all times. Leaving a pet unattended in a guest room is strictly prohibited.
When on resort grounds and public beach, pets must remain on a leash or inside a carrier under the owner's direct control.
To maintain room integrity, pets are not permitted on any lobby or guestroom furniture, including beds, chairs, and couches.

Housekeeping & Maintenance
Housekeeping will not enter or service a room while a pet is present.
To receive stayover service, please contact the Front Desk at least one hour in advance to coordinate a time when the pet will be out of the room.
Owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste in marked trash receptacles.
Please notify management immediately of any "accidents" to request specialized cleaning.
Financial & Legal Responsibility
A non-refundable $150 (plus applicable taxes per stay) cleaning fee is due at check-in for post-departure room sanitization.
The owner assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to resort property or excessive cleaning required, as determined by the sole judgment of Resort Management.
The owner is responsible for any compensation paid to other resort guests due to noise or disturbances caused by their pet.
The owner assumes all legal and financial liability for injuries to guests, employees, or vendors. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paradise Lessee, Inc. d/b/a Paradise Point Resort & Spa and its affiliates from any litigation, loss, or expense resulting from your pet’s actions.
Pet Owner Agreement
I assume all financial responsibility for any damage occurring from my pet to any resort property. I agree to pay a $150 fee + tax at time of check-in for post-departure room cleaning. In addition to the cleaning fee, I assume full financial responsibility for any damage caused by my pet during my stay or any excessive cleaning required.
