Inside the main pool area, the Fitness Center features treadmills, stationary bicycles, elliptical machines, weight machines, and free weights. Hotel guests can enjoy complimentary use of the fitness center, as it is included in the Passport to Paradise.  Adjacent to the fitness center, The Spa at Paradise Point offers steam rooms, dry saunas and locker rooms. Use of spa facilities are included with any spa experience of $75 or more, or may be purchased on an a la carte basis for $15 per day. 

• State of the Art Cardio Equipment by Life Fitness and Matrix: stair stepper, elliptical, treadmill, stationary and recumbent bikes
• All Life Fitness machines have attached flat screen televisions
• Weight Training: Cybex Circuit machines and dumbbells
• Private fitness classes such as yoga, zumba and bootcamp available by reservation
• Shower, lockers, eucalyptus steam room, dry sauna
