With advanced ordering you can have special gifts waiting for your group attendees in the meeting room during opening session or at the close of your conference. Or perhaps a special logo amenity set at the tables or on a gift table as a souvenir. Anything is possible with an advance request. Apparel items with the hotel logo such as T-shirts, hats, gift mugs and much more can be ordered in minimum quantities in advance of your special event.
