Water, Water Everywhere on Mission Bay

Paradise Point is well-known for its private, full-service marina, located adjacent to the Barefoot Bar & Grill. Here on the shimmering waters of San Diego's Mission Bay, aquatic activities such as sailing, jet skiing, motor boating and kayaking can be learned and enjoyed. SeaWorld Water Taxi (March 23-April 15, Memorial Day - Labor Day)

Forget waiting in line or dealing with traffic.  Grab your park tickets at the Island Market, then head down to the dock and hop aboard the Paradise Point Water Taxi. Enjoy the sights of Mission Bay during the 15-minute cruise over to SeaWorld, where you'll bypass the crowds and enter through an exclusive back entrance.  Once you arrive at SeaWorld, experience Manta, the park's brand new interactive exhibit and double-launch rollercoaster where you can soar, dive and twist like a ray. Daily service to Mission Beach also offered. $9 for adults & $5 for children (under 12).  

Scenic Bay Cruise (March 23-April 15, Memorial Day - Labor Day)

Take in the remarkable sights of San Diego by taking to the water. Bid "bon voyage" to the island for a scenic hour-long bay cruise aboard the Paradise Water Taxi. Venture throughout Mission Bay to discover the Bay Channel, Quivira Basin, Ski Beach and Paradise Cove, and see if you can spot your bungalow as the cruise completes the large loop around the Paradise Point island. Soak up some rays and let the wind blow in your hair as you marvel at extravagant yachts and the commercial sportfishing fleet, witness sea lions, pelicans, and other sea life in their natural habitat, and gaze at picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean, SeaWorld, Fiesta Island, and the striking downtown San Diego skyline. Departs from Paradise Point daily at 1 PM.  $15 for adults & $10 for children. Tickets may be purchased at the Island Market.

Sailboats

Take a leisurely sail around Mission Bay in one of our sloops, ranging from 14 to 25 feet in length. Lessons & skippers are available for the less experienced.

Speedboats

Choose from our fleet of 6 passenger runabouts. Renter or operator must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license. No previous boating experience necessary. Basic operational instruction provided at time rental.

Waterskiing & Wakeboarding

Our driver takes up to four passengers out in our Ski Nautique competition Ski Boat. All-inclusive package features Water-skis, wakeboards, kneeboards, wetsuits, life vests, gas, oil & instructions. Reservations required.

Jet Skis

Experience the high-speed thrills of our three-person sit-down type personal watercraft. Drivers must be at least 18 years and no one under 12 years of age is allowed to ride on the watercraft. Children riding on the back of the jet skis must meet a minimum height requirement of 36".

Kayaks

Paddle your way through a day of fun on serene Mission Bay in a single or double kayak.

Paddleboards

Explore Mission Bay via the latest trend in watersports - stand up paddleboarding. This activity involves standing upright on a large surfboard-like paddleboard and propelling yourself using a single paddle. Great for a unique workout or just a fun day on the bay.

Fishing

The nearby Dana Landing location will help you plan a fishing day for the whole family. Rental fishing rods, bait tackle are available to fish from shore or one of our fishing skiffs. Our fleet of 6 passenger Sport fishing yachts is available for charters for ½ day to 2 day trips.

Sunset Sail

Come aboard our 25-foot Catalina sailboat, sit back, and relax as we cruise the waters of Mission Bay for two delightful hours for our Sunset Sail. The Sunset Sail departs daily (weather permitting) and can accommodate up to six guests.
