The Spa at Paradise Point Named Top Resort Spa

The Spa at Paradise Point is pleased to announce it has been awarded a spot on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2013 list of the Top 100 U.S. Resort Spas!  Winners were selected by over 46,000 readers of the premier travel publication with criterion based on quality of spa treatments, staff, and facilities. Earning an overall score of 89.7 out of a possible 100, The Spa at Paradise Point is one of just three San Diego resort spas and the only Mission Bay spa to make the list.

Of the three rated categories, readers awarded our luxury Southern California spa its highest score for our array of spa treatments taken from Fiji, Bali, Hawaii, and Thailand, all of which are executed using techniques and ingredients indigenous to each island. The Spa at Paradise Point is honored to have received a score of 92.3 in this area, beating out the city’s other award-winning spa the Grand Del Mar for having the best spa treatments in San Diego.

The Spa at Paradise Point was also recognized as one of the best San Diego spas for its top-notch staff and dreamy isle-inspired facilities.  Each exotic ritual is carried-out by nationally certified staff therapists in one of 8 bamboo and stone bedecked treatment rooms, the intimate couples’ bungalow, verdant garden courtyard, or plush salon.

Our San Diego spa resort shares the spotlight with eight of our sister spas within the Destination Hotels & Resorts collection.  A big “congratulations” goes out to our fellow award-winning spa resorts Stowe Mountain Lodge, Royal Palms, Terranea, Miramonte, Inn and Spa at Loretto, and especially the Resort at Squaw Creek and Vail Cascade who were named in the top 5 U.S. resort spas!
