Holiday Cocktail Recipes

‘Tis the season to eat, drink, and be merry! And this season in particular, things are looking to be very merry at Paradise Point Resort & Spa. Between bayside feasts at Baleen and festive breakfasts with Santa, opportunities to toast with holiday cocktails abound. 

The prime time to celebrate with a sip is during our cookie and cocoa break in the cozy lobby. December 24-31, 3 to 5 PM, kids can curl up next to the copper-hooded fireplaces with complimentary hot chocolate and freshly baked cookies as you raise a glass of wine or a holiday cocktail.

If you prefer to play host, whip up one of these winter-invoking holiday cocktail recipes at your next seasonal soiree: 

Hot Buttered Rum

1.5 oz. Sailor Jerry Rum

.5 oz. Cinnamon Syrup

Slice of Butter (1/4 inch thick)

Dash of Angostura Bitters

4-6 oz. Hot Water



1 oz. Cointreau

.5 oz. Lemon Juice

2 oz. Cranberry Juice

3-4 oz. Sparkling Wine

Shake first 3 ingredients and top with a wine garnish, lemon or orange peel


Hot Co-Co Bay

Hot Coco

1oz of Baileys

1 pump Coconut Syrup


Spiked Apple Cider

Hot Cider

1oz of Sailor Jerry
