Guest Since 2010
My best memory of Paradise is when I did the Susan G. Komen Three Day Breast Cancer Walk in San Diego in 2010. I walked with good friends and it rained the entire weekend. Not just rain, but poured! We had booked Paradise Point because it was within walking distance of the Three Day Campground, and we wanted to be able to participate in all the Camp events. When we arrived cold, soaked to the bone at Paradise Point, it was a haven. We took warm showers, put on snuggly PJs and climbed into the wonderful, wonderful beds. We had a good night’s sleep, and were energized for our 6 am arrival back at Camp on Saturday and Sunday.
Everyone at Paradise Point was welcoming and caring for us and the other walkers who stayed there. They provided golf cart transportation around the resort, and we had a wonderful meal at the restaurant on Saturday night. We are walking again in 2012 and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
