My family has long been visitors of Paradise Point.  My first visit to Vacation Village was in 1971. I was about 18 months old.  My mom, dad, and sisters were all there.  Being one, I really had no memory of the resort, though I do remember in later years seeing the photos of our visit there.  I distinctly remember the pictures of my sisters on those great surrey bikes, wishing that I could go there and ride them someday. 

Who would have guessed that 40 years later I would take my family to your resort while we were visiting SeaWorld?  My mom, my 2 girls and myself stayed together in one of the Lanai rooms near the bay.  It was absolutely the best vacation we had in a long time.  My girls, 12 and 9, loved all of the activities.  Never a dull moment!  They loved the room with the patio and feeding the ducks.  They loved the gift shop (we were there 3 times a day, I think).  Most of all they loved the surrey bikes, and yes, I even got to ride them this time (unfortunately no photo of me on the bikes...just my girls!).  My mom was so pleasantly surprised at how well the resort has been maintained and updated.  We plan to visit again.
