"Chemistry in the Kitchen" Couples' Cooking Class: Feb. 16 - SOLD OUT
On February 16, Chef James Ausem will lead this intimate San Diego couples' cooking class featuring ingredients that stir up romance in the body and mind. Guests will be welcomed into the exhibition kitchen with a glass of champagne, enjoy the fruits of their labor and leave with recipe cards for the items they learned to create. $100 per couple plus tax and gratuity. Bid Baleen Farewell: Closing Night Feb. 16 5-10 PM
A special evening celebrating the past and future of one of San Diego's best fine dining restaurants. Bid Baleen farewell on its final night with a collaborative meal by Chef Amy DiBiase and 2005 opening chef Brian Freerksen. The special closing menu features four of the restaurant's signature dishes from over the years. Guests will also have the chance to meet both chefs, who will provide insight on their culinary inspiration and share details on the highly-anticipated new restaurant opening in April. Current a la carte menu also available.
